balfour beatty marketing coordinator
worked as a marketing coordinator responsible for proposals development, internal & external communications, and graphic design
As the marketing coordinator, I worked directly with the Senior Marketing Project Lead to develop and maintain the marketing strategy for Balfour Beatty's Georgia branch.
In the development of proposals, I led cross-functional project teams. This meant coordinating between the operations teams, preconstruction teams, leadership, and more. The proposals would be submitted to clients in pursuit of projects ranging anywhere from $2 million to $100 million.
I also was tasked with creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials and graphics to effectively communicate the company's branding. As a large, national brand, the brand standards guide was specific and detailed. I used creative ideas to innovate template designs, keeping them fresh and functional.
I coordinated the internal and external communications for the firm, working on projects like the external monitor presentations, brand-wide employee communications, t-shirt designs for events, and the holiday card for the entire Southeast region
I maintained the company's CRM storage, ensuring that all of the content was up-to-date and accurate. I led an initiative to reshoot all of the Georgia employee headshots, coordinating with over a hundred employees' schedules, taking and editing the photos, and filing and updating the records.
On the technical side, I utilized Adobe Creative Suite every day for all communication and design work. Because of a presentation, I gave to the Southeast Marketing team, they implemented a Canva Pro account, allowing the marketing team to design in a new medium across the region.
Below are some examples of my work. See my resume under my About section for more details on my training and work.
